There's this one guy, he actually would go to customers that we were mowing their property, scrub their address, get their contact information, get their email, and then he would send them a docusign inside the docusign. It was like an agreement for their lawn care services, and it was asking for credit card information.

And he got hundreds of customers of ours just by simply using this as a scam. And so I ended up calling him. I called him and spoke to him as if I was a customer, and it was crazy.
