Watch This ☝🏼" created on July 14, 2025, discussing the financial impact and customer retention after raising prices for mowing services, including maintaining a financial buffer and the percentage increase in service charges.
After raising prices, I just consistently kept 30, 40 grand in the bank. So it's a peace of mind thing where if something goes wrong, it's not like I'm trying to scrape together $500 to fix a mower or something. How many mowing customers we have before that? Off the top of my head, probably like 110. And we probably went down to like maybe 100. What was the percentage that you kind of raised it? $30. Lawns probably went up to around 37, 40. Right. Depending on 20% increase. Right. Around 20. Definitely raised prices on everyone and didn't lose. Didn't lose very much.
