Questions this video answers
16 units
$52–$55 per hour
We have like 16 units that we charge like 100, 510 because they're super small and the cleaners not come out in like an hour, 15 minutes. They make 55 to $52.
So I think within an hour you create a matrix on this, like bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage. And there's your pricing. And maybe your first initial visit, because you don't go in person is we charge X amount per hour.
Gotcha.
Right. You're saying your first visit to get.
It up to the instant.
Clean standards, you're going to charge X amount per minute. And then after that, here's your price. You could even do it. One thing with short term rentals is do it based upon their occupancy. Or not occupancy, but their occupation limit.
Yeah, like 10 people.
Yeah, exactly. So it's like, hey, you have like four different variables. Bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage and what their occupancy rate is.
Gotcha.
Because determining factor the use of the property. Right. So I think you could literally figure this out in a day.
