A short YouTube video/transcript by Mike Andes recounting a humorous real-life incident where a customer mistakenly called Augusta Lawn Care to order a pizza. The host defends the authenticity of these clips, noting Augusta Lawn Care operates ~125 locations across North America and the call center handles thousands of calls daily, including a few unusual or angry callers each day. The chunk includes the actual call-center dialog (agent greeting and customer asking to order a pizza).
