Should I be trying to get clientele now even though I don't have any equipment and have no idea when I will get it, or should I wait until I'm able to get equipment? You know, in my mind, go sell, go get jobs. If you go get 10 jobs tomorrow because you're such a good salesperson, you have no problem going out and getting a loan on the equipment because you know you'll pay it off within a matter of a few weeks. You know, a 20 inch mower, a weed whacker and a blower gonna put you back maybe two grand. You can do even less if you want residential, but let's just say two grand, you got some commercial stuff. So what I would recommend is go, go knock me on door for a sell 5, 6, 7 lawns or a few cleanups and then immediately you have the money to go buy the first setup.
