So what can you do in your business to allow employees to actually feel the benefits of being self employed? If you have company trucks and vehicles you allow them to take the trucks home. Why not set up a bonus structure inside of your business to incentivize employees getting new leads and customers for you? You could potentially also set up a P4P system or paid for performance.
