I'm gonna. I'm gonna let him go. I don't like firing guys, but it's something that I gotta do. Sure. He's not gonna be happy. He's not the most level headed kid. Really unfortunate. Already talked to him multiple times about being late, about his attitude, and it's really starting to affect the rest of the guys on the team. Got into an argument with one of the guys yesterday when he was backing up the truck. Ended up damaging the side of the truck. He hit a stop sign. To spend so much money getting these trucks wrapped. Guy's becoming. Becoming just continuous problem and is really just derailing the culture on the team. I've had multiple conversations with him. He's just not getting it. It seems like he just doesn't care. Tomorrow.
