When we talk about answering the phone, it's probably the biggest thing that you can differentiate yourself from your competition. When it comes to home services, if you call 5 different providers, there's a high likelihood that only 1 or 2 will even pick up their phone. And given the fact that 70% of homeowners say that they choose the very first estimate and they accept the very first estimate they received just in terms of speed, it's probably a good idea to answer your phone. And despite the fact that we'd all love people to come to our website and just submit through there or text us, still a lot of people will use the phone, mostly because our target audience for a lot of home services is the baby boomer generation, and they still like to go on your website and instead of filling out a form, give you a call. A large portion of your estimates are still going to come through the phone.
