The Guaranteed Way to Grow Revenue in Your Home Service Business (Copilot CRM)

Mike Andes (co-founder & CEO, Copilot CRM) presents a 20–30 minute pitch explaining why Copilot CRM was created and how it will grow home-service businesses. He draws on his experience founding Augusta Lawn Care (grew one location to >$1.5M annual revenue; Augusta Nation ~140+ locations) to argue that adopting the right CRM saves time and increases revenue. He identifies three problems with many incumbent CRMs: missing powerful features (automations, one-click estimates, mass email/SMS, automated card & deposit handling, map-based dispatch), poor communication/community often caused by private-equity ownership, and excessive complexity that makes training costly. He describes Copilot’s design choices (many built-in automations and free templates, active in-office support and community, simpler UX) and offers notable guarantees: a 90-day refund policy for Enterprise signups ($250/mo → $750 for three months) and a 365-day founder guarantee promising at least a 10% increase in revenue or profit within one year (refunds first-year dues — Mike frames this as up to $3,000). He closes by pointing viewers to a fit quiz and one-on-one booking.
Questions this video answers
November 11, 2023.
A 365-day founder guarantee: revenue or profit will increase by at least 10% within one year of using Copilot CRM Enterprise; if not, he will refund first-year dues (he cites up to $3,000).
A 90-day money-back guarantee; Mike gives the example $250×3 = $750 refunded if dissatisfied.
He said he grew one location to over $1.5 million in annual revenue and that Augusta Nation is about 140+ locations at the time of recording.
He used $80/hour for a 20-person team and estimated saving 10 minutes per person per day would yield about $5,332/month (20 people × $80/hr × 10 minutes/day × 20 working days).

Hey everyone, it's Mike Andes. I'm the co founder and CEO of Copilot CRM. I'm super excited to share this presentation with today. And if you stick with me for the next 20 or 30 minutes, I think it'll be extremely valuable because I'm going to be talking about the guaranteed way to grow revenue in your home service business. Now, if you're like, well, I don't have 20 or 30 minutes, trust me, this presentation, if you listen throughout the entire time, you're going to grow your service business by at least 10% in revenue. All right, so if you're trying to grow, this is the presentation for you. Now if you're like, well, I'm not trying to grow my business, I'm trying to make it more profitable. Great news. This presentation is either going to grow Your revenue by 10% at least, or it's going to grow your bottom line profits by at least 10%. And I'm guaranteeing it. All right, so if you're like, I don't know if you're going to be able to perform 10% increase in revenue on my business, I'm going to guarantee it. And I'm willing to bet $3,000 up to $3,000, I'm willing to bet that by the end of this presentation, you'll have the tools necessary to be able to grow your business by 10% or increase profits by 10%. Now, in case you don't know who I am and why I'm talking about copilot and software and home service businesses is because I started Augusta Lawn Care 10 years ago. Now, I had been mowing grass since I was 11. That's how I paid my way through college. But when I was 18 years old, I decided to start Augusta Lawn Care. And that was, at the time, just one location, grew that location to over 1.5 million in annual revenue and started multiple locations and then started franchising Augusta Lawn Care. And so right now, Augusta Nation is about 140 plus locations at the time of this recording. And we're growing quickly and our goal is to get to a thousand locations. Now, because of that, I'm in the weeds of daily operations with our owners. And every single day I talk with owners in the home service industries all of the time. You might have seen me on YouTube. I go to all sorts of different home industries, roofing, plumbing, construction, cleaning, all these different home services, and try to improve the companies and the business owners that are running them. So that's a little bit about me. Let's jump into this because honestly, you're here to talk about software. I'm going to talk about software because I truly believe that software saves you time and money. And as I begin to grow my business, I realized that I needed software to stay organized. And as I've looked at hundreds, if not thousands of other home service industry businesses, I consistently see the ones that adopt software are more efficient and much more profitable, and they grow faster and in a much more organized fashion. The owner's not running around like a chicken without a head, because software keeps them organized, saves them time, and most of all the makes them more money. Now, if you looked at this picture down below, there's 20 people about, and this is several years back at my first location, before we started Augusta Nation and started having multiple locations. But at the time we were charging $80 per hour. And so I looked, started to think about the value of all those people in just this picture. There's 20 people in this picture, and some of them are from the office, but most of them are from the team out in the field doing lawn care and doing landscaping. Now, if I was to charge their their value per hour of $80, and if I multiply that 20, that means the value of this team in operation is sixteen hundred dollars per hour. Which means if I just saved each of those people on the team just 10 minutes per day by using software, I would save $5,332 per month. Just think about that and the question is like, can, can software really save everyone 10 minutes per day? I absolutely believe that by the time you think about routing and scheduling and whether it be in the office or, or out in the field where they're taking pictures and adding job notes and making sure they have an efficient route to the next job, I can guarantee you at a very, very minimum, you're saving at least 10 minutes per person per day. I would venture to believe it's more like 30 to 60 minutes, but if you just saved 10 minutes per day, the value at $80 power, if that's what I'm charging the customer, that's the value of their time would be sixteen hundred dollars per per hour. And if I save just those ten minutes per day per person, and that's only for twenty working days in a month, that's five thousand dollars. And so in my opinion, when it comes to software and choosing a CRM, paying a few hundred dollars per month is a pretty fantastic deal. If I'm able to get $5,000 back in terms of savings and being able to make sure that that time is now spent working on the actual job sites. Because if my guys are spending time driving around, they don't have an efficient route. If my office is wasting time making calls or sending emails, that could be automated. Those are. That's all time that could either be saved from payroll or it could be actually time spent on the customer's property producing more revenue. Now, when I look at the CRM world, I tried over 20 different CRMs, and there's a whole host of them, and some of them are really awesome. I tried every single one of this page and many others, and each one had their strengths and their weaknesses. Some of the things I really liked about specific CRMs. And in case you've never heard of what a CRM is, it's customer relationship management. It basically is a way to organize all the relationship that you have with customers, and that is invoices and payments and their job notes and making sure that their client portal is set up and all their credit cards are processed and that you route to their job and everything's organized and you take call notes. All, all of the stuff to do with your customers goes in a CRM. And I tried a lot of them and some of them I really liked. And every single one, though, there was something that just didn't not work for the company. And that's really ultimately what led to me deciding to Start Copilot in 2023. And it's been a wild ride. And I want to talk about why I did this though, and why. What were the major issues, because honestly, why start another software? There's a whole bunch of them and I really actually think they, a lot of them do some really cool stuff. And honest, if you don't have any CRM, I'll just tell you up front, I think you could choose any of these and improve the your business. You could grow your revenue and you'd be able to make it more efficient because these CRMs are fantastic. But the question is, why start another CRM? Well, this is the thing I found. There was really three major problems when it came with all the different types of software that I used. And I'm going to go through all three of these different problems. And these are the exact three problems why Copilot was started and why I truly believe over the next several years, Copilot will be the best solution for every home service business owner. So the number one problem that I had with some of these pieces of software is that they just lacked powerful features. All right, so that's the number one pain point. The problem that I had with just some of these, not all of those, not all of those CRMs had this problem, but a lot of them did. Now what are those? No problems. Let's talk about some of the secrets of Copilot. If I look beyond behind the curtain and show you what's going on, there's a problem with there. A lot of these terms don't have powerful features. Well, what's the. What's so good about Copilot? Let's talk about some of those automations. Automations is a way for you to be able to automate so much in your day. Emails, text messages to your crew, to the employees, to you as the owner. When your office is making notes in your in the account to send you a text message, send. These things can all be automated, saving you lots of time in the office upsells. This is something that almost not a single one of these softwares really nailed. That's the ability from the job to be able to upsell your customers when you're on the property without having to knock on the door, without having to send them an email, without having to send a text. One button. Your crew, your team members out in the field can look at the property and see, oh, they need extra services. For example, in lawn care and landscaping, if I think they need weeding services, I don't have to make job notes, I don't have to knock on the door. I can simply tap a button and immediately the customer is notified that they need that service. And then with one tap of the button they can request an estimate. Upselling is great to be able to increase the lifetime value of the customer. Furthermore, one click estimates also do the same thing and those are one click from an email a customer can request an estimate. This is a fantastic way to be able to pitch services throughout the year. And the services that are most needed, the ones that are in highest demand during fall. In the lawn care landscape industry, we send out one click estimate emails for leaf cleanup, for core aeration, for overseeding, and they drive tens of thousands of dollars of new revenue to our business immediately and doesn't cost us a single extra penny besides the click of a button. Furthermore, mass email and sms. A lot of these software just didn't have the ability for me to send mass email to my customers. I want to be able to send these email blasts out and do these one click estimate emails. Furthermore, a lot of them had text messaging but not mass texting. I want to be able to text back and forth with my customers and I wanted to be able to send 10,000 at the same time. My very first location is over 12,000 contacts and growing every single day. And I want to be able to reach out to customers. Now this secret of Copilot, there's more of these powerful features and this is, this is really the thing that solved what I saw in other software, other ones. Here we got automating credit cards and deposits. I don't want to have to be nagging a customer to get their credit card on file. I in our company we require require a credit card to be on file before we start regular service for mowing. And we found so often the times we were like nagging the customer to get their credit card on file. When inside of Copa, you can simply make sure that is required. Before they even click accept, there's a pop up, they can enter the card information and it's put on file. Same thing with deposits. The last thing you want to be doing on a 15, 20, $50,000 project is be waiting on 50% down deposit. So, so you can actually schedule the job. Now. It's all automated. It's all directly inside the estimate acceptance process. They literally are. When they click accept, it's like, hey, you gotta pay this deposit because it's 50% down or 25% down or whatever you've put in the back end of the system. So no longer do I have to wait on deposits because there's thresholds that are put in place and when those are crossed, the credit card is charged before the estimate is even accepted. Automatic invoicing. So the invoices are created and, and sent automatically. There's no point in having to resend invoices every month. There's no point having to create them every single time they're automatically done. Having a map based dispatch board is also super important. And some of these softwares that I tried had them, but a lot of them didn't. And I didn't want to be dragging things on a calendar. I didn't want to have to be looking at lists of jobs and just trying to think in my mind which one's closest I want to see on a map. And that was really, really important. Especially when we started to scale and get hundreds of jobs every single day. To be able to see them on a map was super helpful. Now let's look at a case study because I've talked about the fact that one of the problems with a lot of these CRMs that I tried was they didn't have enough Powerful features. And one of the features I've highlighted in Copilot is what we call one click estimate emails where you can send an email to a customer and with a click of a button they can request an estimate for whatever service you are pitching. And this is actually a Facebook post on a Facebook group for lawn care providers. And this is a customer or one of the members of the group said I would like suggestions on mass marketing emails. How Justin he replies Troy, I would recommend using your current CRM if you have one. I just sent out 3,000 or so emails with CoPilot and got a 30% response reply rate and closed an additional $15,000 in sale from that list. So it doesn't require a lot of effort, just really good copy and a sales offer. Make your offer and call to action. Very specific. This is why Copilot exists, to grow your business and make you more money. And with just one simple email, because these features are in existence, Justin was able to get $15,000 in new revenue. Just think if you were able to send out customer emails every single month, every couple weeks and get 1520. We have locations that get over 80 estimates when they send out one email to their customer database. Just think what that would do to be able to help when things get slow to be able to send out a project estimate. One click estimate email and immediately get estimates on the schedule for that specific service. This is the genius of having these type of powerful features and what I saw lacking in some of those CRMs prior to copilot. Now the second thing that was I found lacking in a problem, a major problem and pain point with these other software systems was a lack of communication and community, lack of communication from the leadership team. There was no clear like communication from the founders and a lot of times the founders weren't there. It was like this board of people and they would change all the time. And I was very confused as to like why does this software exist? Where's the product roadmap? Where are we going? What's on the horizon? Where? Why is it taken four years to roll out a specific feature or specific version that can could literally be done in a couple months. This was the frustration I had and it wasn't a matter of whether the product was good or bad, it was just communication. I just want to know as a user what's going on and if something goes down. I understand it's software, I understand it's bugs, it's part of innovation is these type of problems. But please just communicate with me so I can run my business instead of just everything behind closed doors. And furthermore, I believe these software systems have the ability to create a really tight community because when other people, your industry in home services are using a specific software that you also use, it's a massive cheat code to be able to network with these individuals. Why? Because you're all using very similar systems. You're all using the same way to do things inside the software and therefore you speak the same language. You're able to learn about the best marketing tactics, the ways to send those one click estimates to do upsells and a referral program. These are things that inside of copilot and other CRMs there's the ability to be able to network with other users and be able to rapidly grow your business because of the learning from other users that are using the same system. But I saw this consistently in so many of the softwares. There was just no community. The Facebook groups were either non existent, super toxic or they just can't. They deleted any sort of commentary or suggestions or complaints and they really censored the Facebook. I got banned from some Facebook groups simply because I was talking about things that could be improved or things that I was hoping that they could improve on their software. So a lack of communication community. A lot of times it was because the founders left the company and that happened. Now this is the secret behind these CRM software systems because I've got to know many of the leadership teams, CEOs of these different companies and I know what's going on behind the curtain and I want to expose that. Now the second secret behind all of these software systems and why they have these problems is that there's private equity incentives on here. I have two different examples of jobber raising $100 million in a growth round and this was just last year Service Titan announced $500 Million $500 million investment led by Tiger Global Management and Sequoia Capital Global Equities. And these are all recent examples of CRM software systems that are in the home service industries and in the past year have received all this investment and usually in their late series like series F and G, they're raising money still and they're burning money and they're spending money on things that I don't think really help the users like conferences. And getting Alex Rodriguez is just not going to help small business owners actually grow their business. It's just not. I think that that money that was spent on getting some, you know, previously professional athlete to speak in front of home service business owners could have been spent in better ways. That is like improving the features and creating the depth of features so that people could grow their business and being on the cutting edge of AI and what the new technology revolutions that are coming like stay on the edge of that, like hire more developers. We don't need someone like this talking to us. But this is what happens when money is poured on and this is what happens when founders are bought out so that these private equity firms move in. No longer is it founder led and no longer is the leadership team actually involved or or owners in any sort of home service business and they lose touch of what's actually needed by their users. Now the reason this happens like this is really the truth of it is when these private equity firms come in, they cut support. They immediately will reduce the amount of support, they will cut development. So a lot of times things slow down dramatically. They stop spending money on new development, new features and rolling things out. They will absolutely, though at the exact same time they're doing those two things, they will increase prices dramatically, typically. And they will, hey, guess what? I'm fine with them raising prices. I am fine with anyone making a buck and making more money. Absolutely. But don't do that at the exact same time you cut my value, which is you cut support. You're not improving the product, you're not on the edge of technology anymore. You're starting to fall behind and it's causing the home service industry to fall behind the technology that could be really helping us in our businesses. So at the same time they're doing that, they're increasing prices and they're acquiring contracts. And you're like, well, why do all these software companies suddenly need contract? They want to time you in for a year, 24 months. I'll tell you why. Because it makes their valuation look better on the next round of funding. Because if they can tell everyone that they have you locked in for a contract, the valuation of their software goes up. And I am all for making in a higher enterprise value and increasing the value of your business. I'm all for it. But I hate when people do that and then lock you into a contract and halfway through it you realize they haven't improved the product, they're cutting support and the overall value of the product and service is going down. Furthermore, a lot of these softwares what they will do when private equity firms move in like Sequoia and these other firms that move in, a lot of times these CRMs also get bought out by credit card companies because again, they see the value in getting a piece of every one of your transactions, not in actually building a great software system. And so the secret here is that they also will typically the founder will leave because they don't want to be there anymore when this sort of bureaucracy is happening. They see their users getting decimated. And secondly, they will also make all of the team remote. So which means the collaboration, the teamwork and the camaraderie that is brought about by having a team together in an office is completely obliterated. And the reason for that is because the rent, the reason for that, if they won't tell you this, but the reason is because they're cutting costs. And if they can come in and do an LBO leverage buyout, get a whole bunch of debt, buy out the CRM and then cut costs and increase prices, guess what they're going to do? Increase the valuation, flip the business, take it public, or send sell it off to another private equity firm that's willing to pay a premium because they raise prices, they increase the value of their customers by signing them into contracts and they cut a whole bunch of expenses like office rent and developers and support team. And who loses in all of this? Because I can guarantee who's not losing? The bankers, the people that are raising the next round of capital, they're not losing, but they're also not involved in our businesses daily operations of a home service business. And that's what we are dedicated copilot for. And that's what I'm focused on every single day, staying with Augusta Lawn Care, staying with our owners to understand what they actually need, the features that will drive their business forward. And that's what's lacking and it has been lacking in so many of these CRMs as I begin to look through. Because I did not want to build a CRM, I wanted to be able to use one of these products. But I consistently saw this happening when private equity got involved and time and time again the founders were taken out. And I actually have a co founder that used to be part of a massive CRM in the industry. And I have him on record on my YouTube channel. I interviewed him, I asked him can a company has been bought out by private equity be as innovative as a founder led company? And his answer was stark and very calculated and he said absolutely not. And the bottom line is once the founder is removed and the office has been decimated, the leadership team has been replaced by a bunch of people that look at spreadsheets only, there's just no way that software can stay on the cutting Edge of innovation and creating the features that we as entrepreneurs need. So how does Copilot solve this? Let's look at this whole issue of like private equity getting involved and messing stuff up. Because guess what? We have absolutely no one on the cap table besides myself and my co founder and it's going to stay that way. And the reason is because we can stay focused on users. This is for example, someone in the Copilot CRM Facebook group that we have an awesome community in. This is one of the members, Blue Wagon Landscaping says. I just wanted to say a quick thank you to the Copilot team after reporting some issues. One, they were quickly fixed. Two, I had a zoom call with Parker who is very helpful. Oh by the way, Parker's in the office and our team is in the office. So we can collaborate and get these sort of synergies that come along and create this great support. So when a private equity firm comes in, they slash support. We do the exact opposite. Number three. Mike posted an update video explaining the bugs. Of course bugs are annoying, but I do not know of another CRM that has so many outlets for customer support. I sincerely appreciate all the help and hard work from the Copilot team. This was just recently about a month ago and this is the type of support you can expect from Copilot because we don't have private equity interest and we don't have people in the boardroom telling us what to do. This is another thing that would never happen at any other CRM. And that is something. Again, this is a case study. A little bit of behind the curtain private equity wouldn't allow us to have bug fest. This is a screenshot that I took of my screen just a couple days ago actually. And I dressed up as a bug. It was Halloween. They all dressed up as co pilots, pilots like a goggles and the whole nine yards. And we literally spent time, an hour and a half finding bugs in Copilot live with our users and we had them calling in and we gave away money. We had a big spinner right here. We had a dartboard in the back. You can look it up online if you'd like. That sort of transparency and that openness with the users about the bugs and fixing the bugs is exactly what makes Copilot different. And this is an example of how we treat bugs and how we treat issues. Because when you create new features and you create new software, bugs are going to happen. Our goal is to make sure that our business owners make more money and if there's bugs that are preventing them from making more money. We take it very seriously and we're going to be open and transparent about that and have the community that private equity would never allow the that level of transparency. Now, the third reason that I had a problem, major issue and a pain point with all these other CRMs that I tried before starting Copilot was that a lot of times when we had new owners at Augusta Nation come for training and then we'd send them off, it would take them months to actually learn how to use the system and the software efficiently. And that was because the software was so complex they couldn't even use all of the features. And a lot of users even that we didn't train at Augusta Nation, just people I saw using the software. I look at their accounts and they were literally only using like a third of the software. Why? Because it was so complex and so convoluted and it was hard for them to understand. And worse than any of that, it took a long time to train any of your team. And I got the brunt of this at augustination, where we would have to train people for months before they'd actually figure out how to use the software efficiently because it was so complex. So again, another secret of the CRM world, why do they make it so complex? Well, in part it's because they can make more money, which is fine, but please don't make my life harder as a business owner. So the first thing I want to talk about, though, is because they make it so complex, the cost of training an office team member is massive, Absolutely massive. You might train someone out in the field, and within a couple days or a couple weeks, they're able to be efficient when it comes to software. And if you're actually having someone answer the phone and be able to tackle all 3,000 different scenarios that are going to be thrown at them on the phone, you've got to train them so much to be actually efficient and competent on the software system, and that costs you a lot of money. Furthermore, there's just as much turnover in the office world as there is out in the field, and it's hard to find laborers. It's also harder to find really good office people, especially if you're not related to them. So if you're trying to grow business, yes, maybe right now your spouse or, or a family member can help you in the office. But trust me, when you're trying to get multiple people in the office, you need a system that's simple for them to quickly understand, be able to grasp and Become profitable for you, actually handle work requests, be able to handle the phone and navigate throughout the software and make money for you. And so the thing that I found though all of a sudden is the reason that a lot of times these were so complex and they made features so good and I love them but the problem was I couldn't it take me forever to train people how to use them. Both owners at Augusta Nation as well as the office staff that we have. So I found out all of a sudden though that they make a lot of money because their systems are complex. So why would they make it simple if they're going to charge you $400? That one on the far left is LMN, the one in the middle and there on the right is Service AutoPilot. They're charging $400 for a sign up, they're charging you $1,000 for a one time setup fee. And then look at this on the right hand side there they're literally making charging you $99 per month just to give you the automations and the documents and the forms just for you to use the software. It's like hey, I'm going to give you this awesome car but I'm not going to give you any gas. Well guess what, the car is worthless without the gas. So I would yes, be willing to spend whatever it takes because I need the car to move, I need the gas. In this case forms, automations, documents, you kind of need them to use the software. And if you get into a software that's super complex, guess what you're going to do? You're going to go spend more money on getting set up. And then their recurring fee of just having access to the forms and the documents and automations you now got to pay to pay them to use the software. I think that's absolutely crazy. And we turn this on ahead at Copilot where someone signs up even for the free version. They get over 30 free automations. They get documents and templates for all of the marketing functions that we have and we've continued to add to those both in sequence automations, regular automations. Every single invoice, template estimate template you could think of is completely free because I want you to use the thing, I want the car to get used. I don't want to just sit there and look cool and pretty and be flashy. I want you to use it so you make more money in your business.
All right, now the case study for the fact that you know again I saw so many of these CRMs build amazing features that I think are phenomenal, but they're too complex. And therefore I saw users either not use them or be very complicated and expensive to train staff. Now, I was going to get someone outside that is not in Augusta to give this case study and give this testimonial, but honestly, Liz has been with me for a very long time and she's trained hundreds of people at Command Center. Command center is the place where we have all the phone calls, emails, text messages, we do payroll, all the back end stuff for all of Augusta Nation. So everything, all their invoicing and scheduling and routing, we do all of that right from one room. Now, Liz has done that with them. And we also have people virtually working for Command center as well. Liz is probably the most, has probably trained the most people on software that I know definitely and, and potentially in the entire industry. And so I think she'd be really calibrated, she'd be really qualified to be the one that talks about what the difference was when it came to training other office team members on copilot versus other CRMs. So let's turn it over to Liz. Hi, I'm Liz, COO of Augusta Lawn Care Services. I've hired hundreds of employees and spent thousands of hours in multiple CRMs. I've used LMN, Service Autopilot, Zooper, and now Copilot. The learning curve on Service Autopilot was huge, very difficult. Took four to six weeks to get somebody trained up and to be able to use it easily. Since we started Copilot, I was able to have my team and myself watch all the videos and within two days they were able to navigate thoroughly through the software. So if I jumped into the software today organically, first time, within a week or two, I would be fully up and running with my jobs on the, the schedule, be able to invoice and all the other tasks that we do in our industry. And it would all be a seamless process. All right, so we've gone through now the three major problems that I had with different types of software. These were the three reasons why I started Copilot. They lacked the powerful features, they lack communication and community, and, or they had too complex of features that were really cool, but no one actually ended up using them because they're so hard to figure out.
But now you're asking, well, how are you going to guarantee that I grow my business? Like you literally started this presentation off, guaranteeing me that I would grow my business or make it more profitable. This is all fine and good. I appreciate the lecture about software. But how am I going to grow my business and how are you going to guarantee it? My goodness. Well, that's what I'm going to get to now because at Copilot, we have what we call a founder guarantee. And you can look at the pricing page at the bottom, you're going to see this. And it's basically for 90 days. If you use Copilot and you don't like it, we will give you a running back. If you're using the enterprise level, which is the best of the best and really the focus at which we put all of our energy on at Copilot, if you get into that program and you use it for three months and you don't like it, I'll give you your money back. Now, that is $250 times three, that is $750 that I'm willing to give you back. And if it's not what you want. And furthermore, if you get inside the Facebook group and the community, start to realize where this product is going and where this community is going and how powerful it is now, no other CRM has this. Not a single other CRM will give you 90 days inside their software and then give you your money back. Because whatever reason, they won't do it for 30 days, let alone 90 days. And you can literally use the founder guarantee because you don't like my hair. You're like, you know what? Don't like Mike's hair. He's way too short. Don't like it. I'm out. And we will give you your money back, no questions asked. And we've done it twice in the entire existence of Copilot. We have used this twice. But if you use it and you don't like it and you're like, this is not what I thought it was. I tried it. Don't like it. I don't think the trajectory of this company is going in a good place. And I want to go to another CRM. Great. We will refund you all three months. And that's cool. But that wasn't enough because we like to go big at Copilot. So we are introducing the 365 day money back guarantee. Now, I want to be very, very clear what exactly this guarantee entails. So I'm literally going to put every single word of it in writing so you can see. So if you want to use it, you can. All right, it's very, very clear how to use this 365 day money back guarantee. Let me read it. I guarantee this is personally Coming from me, I guarantee that your revenue or profit, one or the other, will increase by at least 10% within one year of using the Copilot CRM Enterprise Level subscription. If your tax return shows this wasn't accomplished and you cancel your subscription, I will refund all your first year dues. That means if you're using, you know, let's just call it $250 times 12, that's $3,000. I am betting $3,000 that this software, Copilot CRM that we built and will continue to build will increase your top line revenue by 10% or increase your bottom line revenue by 10%. So whether you're trying to grow your business or you're trying to make it more profitable, I can guarantee you, and I'm willing to bet you $3,000 that copilot will do that for you. Now, no one else, not a single other company that we have talked about, mentioned or in this room will do this guarantee is because they know their software can't do it. They will spend gobs of money marketing their software. They'll talk about it, they'll make it sound like all that and a bag of chips and spend so much money on marketing it would make my eyes bleed. However, they will not give this guarantee because they know when you get into the software, they will either A, make it so complicated you can't use it, or B, it will not actually have the impact on your business because it will not have powerful enough features to actually scale and grow your revenue. I don't care whether or not you have fancy software. I don't care if you have fancy words like AI. I just want your business to make more money. And that's what Copilot is focused on. And that's why I can give a guarantee like this that no one else will because we focus on growing your business and making it more profitable. Now, what are the next steps? So there's two things I want you to do. Number one, if you go to our website, you can take a quiz that literally is going to tell you whether or not Copilot is the right fit for you. And believe it or not, there are four different ways that I don't believe Copilot's the right fit for you. And you can take the quiz and it'll tell you if you're not a good fit for Copilot. We're just very open and transparent. We don't have the best software right now. I've been very clear about this. We are only a year in development and we have a lot to learn. I have a lot to learn as a tech CEO. However, I can promise you that if you get onto Copilot CRM and you start to see the trajectory of how fast we innovate and how quickly we are adding new features and making the system better, I truly believe in 12 to 24 months it'll be an obvious choice for business owners to be able to join Copilot. The question is not whether or not you'll join sooner and already have a head start on using the features, understanding the features and growing your business before your competition does because we will absolutely take over the market. I'm so confident and I will give people a 365 day guarantee and give their money back if we can't grow their business. Because that's what Copilot does. It makes your business bigger and more profitable. And if those are things you want to, then you probably haven't made it this far in the video. But there's a second step I want you to take. And if you have other questions, you'd like to book a one on one call, you can absolutely do that with the team. Again, we are in the office. We together are trying to build something very special. And if you book a one on one call, we'll do zoom and like our support. Whether it's, whether sales or support, we'll do zoom calls, we'll do phone calls, we'll do chat, we'll do whatever we need to be able to reach out to our users and make them make more money. Why? Because I have a guarantee to back it up. And if you can find another software that's willing to guarantee for an entire year before like, hey, look, we'll give all your money back. You don't grow your business top line revenue by 10% or make it more profitable by 10% then you know, you come back and you let me know. But until then, Copilot will continue to be the leader in innovation in the home service industries. When it comes to software and we aren't there yet. We're on the fastest trajectory to get there and I truly believe that your business will grow both in revenue and in profits. By joining Copilot, I look forward to having you in the community, being able to grow with you and the network of individuals and users that are using Copilot will absolutely make your business stronger. Thank you so much for taking your time today and I hope it was helpful. I look forward to seeing you in the cockpit.
