Oh, my God. I've done okay. Is this just a fraud? Is this a joke? I feel like I'm being like, this is a fraud or something.
A year ago, this customer declined an estimate. However, all of our database gets an email once a month just showing what they should be doing in their property. Given the time of year and the climate. Whether it be fall cleanups or if it be spring mowing season, we just recommend what they should be doing in their yard. This customer wanted off that list, and that's totally fine. We make sure we take their email out of the database. However, they also thought that we were giving that email address to a whole bunch of telemarketing companies and other scams that we're trying to sell them other stuff. The bottom line is all of our locations are small businesses that literally only have a few thousand customers in our database. It's not even worth trying to sell that information to companies that need hundreds of thousands, if not millions of contexts to make it worth our time. We never have and never will sell customer information.
