A short YouTube monologue by Mike Andes in which he, posing as or addressing a customer named Joe at a mechanic shop, expresses frustration that the mechanic cannot service his trucks for 2–3 weeks despite a multi-year business relationship. He emphasizes urgent business needs for the next day, offers to bring pizzas to the shop as a goodwill gesture to expedite service, and frames the interaction as mistreatment of a fellow business owner.

Hey, it's Joe down at the mechanic, and I just want to let you know that we're just not going to be able to fix your trucks this week. We're just so far behind. We're super busy, and so it's probably looking like two or three weeks before we'll be able to fit in your equipment and your truck. So, I'm sorry, is this how you're going to treat another fellow business owner? I've been a customer of yours for five or six years. I bring all my trucks, all my equipment to you, and this is how you're going to treat me? I'm in the middle of my rush. I need this equipment to tomorrow. Man, we really kind of needed that truck and equipment for tomorrow's job. You know what? I get it. We're crazy busy over here, too. Let me ask you this. How many pizzas do you think would feed the entire shop there? I would love to pick some of those up, drop them off this afternoon. If you can finish them this evening, great. But if not, I totally get it, and we'll try to figure something out for tomorrow's job.
