Andes recommends paying team members based on performance (P4P) and training them quickly so they—and the business—realize increased earnings as soon as possible.
Even a great team member. If they're left untrained, they're not going to be efficient, they're not going to be profitable. And especially if you're paying them based upon performance, which I recommend for all home services, they're never going to make a lot more money if they aren't trained correctly. You need to make sure they get trained up quickly so they actually become profitable. So our goal is how can we make them as profitable as quickly as possible and making sure that they're given P4P pay for performance so they also get more money very quickly.
