Hey everyone, It's Mike Andes, landscapebusinesscourse.com and today we're at the Mount Vernon location with another update. We now have the trucks here. We've officially moved here to a new location. We got P2, which is the truck we showed a couple days ago with the trailer that we showed yesterday. And then we got P1 is finally over here. So we've moved out of the storage unit and are now at this new location. Watch the past couple videos if you don't know what I'm talking about. This is the new location. You've already seen this truck before. This is our trailer list set up where we keep everything on racks. This is the back rack that we use for the trailer that's set up. 30 inch mower goes onto here. This is actually not our favorite ramp. We have an aluminum one that we like more. The reason is because there's so much space here. Just makes it very, very long. But other than that, it's kind of cool because it does have a hinge which allows us to fold up. So we were able to use it in the storage unit because it would fit in a 25 foot long storage unit. So both trucks are now here. Mount Vernon location. But kind of the new thing today is the storage container. And so this is the storage container I've talked about before. Shipping containers. They're about 8 to 10ft tall. This one is 20ft long and then about 8ft across. And it's really secure. It's easy to lock. And then this I'll show you inside. We just literally just got here about an hour ago. So we've just moved some stuff inside. We'll get like a key rack going. But this is where we can sharpen blades. We've got both the mowers in here. It's the 30 inch X mark and then the 21 inch Honda. Got all the tools on this kind of actually this. This used to be at the gym Anytime Fitness. And we remodeled that and are using this old weight rack as kind of our tool rack right now. We've just kind of thrown stuff in here. But you got all your hand tools, ramps, block, lower chainsaw, a whole bunch of door hangers, etc, but we'll get some racking in here, get it all nice and organized. That's kind of it. It's not super big, just 20ft long. And lots of height though. So you can get a lot of racking on the sides like we have at the Bellingham shop. We just drill right through this and we put Lug nuts on it and are able to put pegboard all over the sides. So that's basically it. That's a new update on the shop here Right now. A couple things that we're really working on is extending the amount of gravel that we have. Even as it's rained today, you can tell, like it's pretty muddy. So over here is where we dump the clippings and small debris. Over there, back behind the trailer, you can see it smoldering now is the brush. So branches, limbs, things like that go back there. But you can see it's already started to rain. It's starting to get a little bit muddy here. And with this slope coming down to where we dump. And it's not very good for the trucks when they have to dump, especially for P2, which is a two wheel drive. So all of this is gonna get gravel eventually. We just haven't got around to it. We got a little more gravel in today. The whole entrance has got to get gravel. We're gonna put a culvert underneath here for drainage. Just because all of this whole slope comes down into this drain. So we're gonna put a culvert under here and have this drain out to the road. So that's it. This is Tim, by the way. This is my bro and he is the general manager here at the Mount Vernon location. We're back at the storage unit and it is officially empty. The problem is we use it for grass clothings for the past few months and stained some of the concrete. So literally we use the only rag type thing we got and that is these gloves and poured water on these stains and they're wiping them out just for the grass. They come out pretty good. They start off like that. Let's try to scrape them off the ground. So no longer will we have to worry about stains on concrete at the new shop. That is a good thing. And that's the update for today. I'm sure you'll be seeing more of what we're doing here. Got lots of stuff to do. We just moved in really. Today is kind of the official day. Tomorrow is the first day that they're going to start from this location. Zeus and Tim. So thank you so much everyone. Make sure to watch the other videos if you haven't got any updates on the Mount Vernon location. And I'll try to keep you updated as we continue to grow. Take care. Have a great day.
