It's always amazing to me just how many customers threaten legal action or getting their attorney involved when the vast majority of people have never put an attorney on retainer, have no idea how the legal system works. And if they did, they'd know that it costs 10 times more just to get an attorney involved than just doing the work and paying the invoice. Here's the kicker. This person was never a customer. We never did service for them, and they just had a personal vendetta against one of the employees that worked for us.
