A short video by Mike Andes advising which businesses should not join Copilot CRM (as of 2023). He recommends larger companies (above roughly $5M annual revenue or above seven figures) wait until Copilot improves integrations, and recommends smaller solo or one–two person businesses (under about $200k annual revenue) consider cheaper alternatives. He also warns that Copilot is rapidly evolving, so businesses averse to frequent changes or occasional bugs may prefer more mature, stable legacy CRMs.

Foreign.
I want to talk about who I don't think should join coput.
CRM.com right now if you are doing above 7 figures, I would take a hard look and potentially wait a little bit longer in 2023 to be able to join Copilot.
The reason for that is because you're probably using another CRM that you are.
Using job costing price matrixes and potentially some very high level detailed automations that.
Potentially might keep you from being able to integrate with Copilot quite yet. We believe that by 20 we'll be able to accommodate companies well in excess.
Of $5 million in annual revenue.
But until then I would wait until 2024, potentially the end of 2023, but more than likely before spring rush.
2024 is when you could join as a company that's much, much larger. I would also not join Copilot if.
You don't plan on growing your business.
Above $200,000 in annual revenue.
There are cheaper alternatives to Copilot that if you only have one employee or potential, you're working by yourself.
You don't need automations, you don't need.
The type of in depth features that we Copilot that are super helpful for.
A larger business and being able to.
Scale up, but you just don't need.
If you're by yourself or maybe one or two employees.
There's other alternatives including Yardbook, Lawn Pro, Yard Buddy and a host of other.
Competitors that could potentially be much cheaper.
Potentially almost half as much as us.
At Copilot that you can get for.
100, 150 per month. Even jobber at 200, 250 per month might be a better option for you if you're by yourself or with one employee. You should also not join Copilot right.
Now in 2023 if you really are extremely annoy, annoyed by change and constant evolution.
I actually don't think you should ever.
Join Copilot if if that's of annoyance to you because we will always be progressing, improving, pushing the boundaries.
And yes, that does mean that there'll.
Be bugs sometimes, but we deal with.
The bugs very quickly and within 24.
Hours if there's a big issue, we.
Get it dealt with. And I'm communicating directly with our users on our Facebook group internally and privately to make sure they know exactly what's going on.
But when we're constantly changing features and improvements and bug changes and constantly trying to innovate and push the envelope, there.
Are going to be more issues than legacy software that has been around for 10 or 15 years has never changed and looks like it was built 20 years ago because it's literally the same code. So yes, there will be bumps along.
The road because we're constantly evolving, constantly changing and updating the software.
If that's something that is really, really annoying to you, you might not want to use Copilot yet.
And you might want to wait even.
A year or two before we slow down.
Any sort of rate of design, front end development and innovating the AI side of Copilot.
