They want a leader. Yeah, they come for dependability of a paycheck. And if we are struggling to give them the dependability because the business is not doing well, there needs to be strong leadership to turn the hanging around. For me, my general managers, I require them to be there first and be there last. Because every time that crew drives in the shop I want them to see a general manager because there needs to be a clear leader. Because I guarantee you, besides maybe your one off incredible unicorn GM person, they are assuming you are like doing other random stuff.
