Short excerpt from a YouTube video (title: "You Should NEVER Hire Family" 👀 Do you agree?) featuring Luke and another speaker discussing recent personnel actions: Luke reports they fired their office manager on Friday and recounts tensions around installing cameras in trucks to verify work. The other speaker criticizes hiring family—specifically naming "Faith"—and argues she should have left when her husband was fired. The exchange centers on trust, accountability, and the risks of employing relatives.

We just let our office manager go Friday. Really?
Our office manager. We would talk about doing things like, we should probably get cameras in the trucks because we don't know what these guys are doing. Or we'll have clients that call up and say, my lawn never got cut. And yet it was recorded that it got cut. Did it or didn't it? And she was all about it to me, but when the guys would come in and they were talking to her about it and I wasn't here, she's like, yeah, Luke's putting cameras in the trucks because he wants to spy on you.
And I told him from the jump of being here when you fired her husband that you should have never hired. She should have walked with him. You should not ever hire Faith.
Family.
