You can fill your off-season with these deep cleanings. You could also do add-ons like late checkouts. So for example, if you say, "Hey, Mr. Jones, you can get an extra $150 for a late checkout of your Airbnb. We will take $50 extra." So now instead of $120, because you explained the value, you said, "Hey, you can charge $150 on this $400 a night, you know, beautiful 4-bedroom house that someone's renting." You're going to charge $150 for a late checkout. Give me $50 extra bucks. Now you've taken a $120 service to $170 service, basically increased your revenue by 50% on that service. That's another add-on you can have. And you can pitch that in an email and text to customers like, hey, did you know you can be able to make $100 extra per visit? We collect a small part of that as a rush fee to be able to make sure that in between, you know, 4 p.m. And 1 PM is a very narrow window. We'll get there though. You're able to pay your employees a little bit more 'cause there's inefficiencies of moving their schedule around. You can do ovens, barbecues, those are great upsells.
