The video compiles short speeches from nine Tata Consulting Engineers (TCE) executives and senior leaders, each delivering an Engineers' Day greeting. Collectively, they celebrate the engineering workforce, acknowledge the late Sarveer Vishweshwarya, and link engineers’ contributions to India’s rapid economic rise toward becoming the world’s third‑largest economy. The speakers highlight TCE’s expansive global project portfolio—from Europe to Africa and Asia—covering green hydrogen, green ammonia, digital twins, and industrial recycling. They stress the importance of the energy transition, climate‑change mitigation through innovative, resilient, and energy‑efficient design, and the emerging opportunities presented by de‑globalisation, inshoring, and nearshoring. Themes of engineering as a mindset that turns challenges into opportunities, the responsibility and accountability of engineers, and heartfelt gratitude for the 6,000‑plus engineers across TCE, DCE, TCIT, and TCIIT are woven throughout. The overall tone is celebratory, motivational, and forward‑looking, aiming to inspire engineers to continue driving national and global development.

While we develop our nation, we engineer should mitigate the risk associated with the climate change through the use of innovative technology, resilient design, energy efficient, and lean engineering. I wish you all the best and once again, happy Engineers' Day.
We are doing projects from Europe to US to Australia to Africa to Middle East to Southeast Asia. We are doing projects from green hydrogen, green ammonia, to fertilizers, to copper smelters, to aluminum recycling facilities. We are doing projects of feasibility studies, of being known as engineers, of creating digital twins, of bringing operational efficiencies. We are a trusted partner for our customers who are leading the technical innovations, as well as some of the world's largest brands. What more an engineer could have asked for? Hello, dear engineer friends and colleagues. I'm very happy to share that the kind of work which you all have been doing for TCE, for the development of nation, both India as well as globally is something really commendable. From overall perspective, we are moving towards the deglobalized arena, and we will see a lot of opportunities coming our way due to various trends like inshoring and nearshoring. And you can see that difference within our performance as well, the kind of projects we are getting, the kind of work which we are doing. And I'm sure we all will get real benefit out of this and your contribution are going to be more meaningful in, as I said, development of the globe.
