Hello everyone. As engineers, I think we have great sense of responsibility. It's a profession that allows us to be creative, to be problem solver, to be innovative, to really shape the world as it evolves. The heart of all this is about solving problems, understanding situations, and and coming out with some unique aspects and ideas. At Tata Consulting Engineers, it should be our core belief that we exist to understand the problem, find innovative solutions through passion, commitment, focus on our customers, and really driving excellence in everything we do. Learnability, An ability to work across multiple stakeholders and collaborate is in essence what defines excellence for engineers. Our field is ever-evolving, and that's what is so exciting. Whether we are working on complex infrastructure, green energy, advanced technologies, or breakthrough technology solutions, each challenge we face demands not just technical knowledge but an attitude of continuous learning. That learning empowers us to push the boundaries, find new ways to address the world's toughest problems. Learning is also about respecting and learning from the successes we've had, but more importantly, learning is also about learning from gaps, from mistakes, or from experimentation that we do, because those are invaluable lessons that will ensure that we do the next project with a better outcome, better strategy, and a better collaborative and innovative thinking. Equally, problem solving is more than just a skill. It's a mindset. A mindset that drives us to find solutions, look at the root cause, explore new areas of possibilities. It requires us to be creative, adaptable, and resilient. It advises to be pioneering. Our engineers work in some of the most dynamic sectors in the world, where solving problem means thinking critically, considering every angle, and finding the best possible outcome for our clients and our society. As we continue to grow as a company, as an individual, The one thing that's constant is our ability to learn, to relate our experiences, the unique and innovative solutions that each project requires. The one mindset that remains constant is about learnability. I think if we keep this concept of learning, problem solving at the core of our belief system as engineers, we can really provide the best optimal innovative, and sustainable solutions to drive a better tomorrow. What has kept me interested in engineering is only because of the curiosity of finding new challenging situations and projects and to never stop learning. I would urge you to be curious, to challenge the status quo, to ensure every project provides a new ground for learning. Learning. The world will continue to evolve. The only constant is change, and together we will be ready to solve tomorrow's challenges today, thinking innovatively, with passion, and with collaboration across the board. Thank you, and let's keep engineering the future, one solution at a time.
