We all have that one person, whether a peer, colleague, or even a reportee, who was with us when we most needed it.
And express our gratitude towards them. Today, through this peer recognition program, I would really like to thank all my buddies because as in civil we say that peers are the strong pillars that hold us up a bridge, and so do I feel. I truly feel that my peers or my buddies make this workplace a happy and healthy place to work in.
This peer recognition drive from Corporate HR has given us a moment to think, to appreciate, to recognize the efforts done by our team members, done by our mentors. Specifically for my mentor, I would like to dedicate this batch. Thanks for all you have done.
I'd like to give a big shout out to my team, saying that they are an essential part for us success in our organization, and thank you for always supporting us and contributing, uh, in our professional and company growth.
I believe that peer recognition program was a fantastic concept. All the colleagues who come to my mind, uh, are those who supported me from the start of my journey at TCA.
First, I would like to recognize my colleague who supported in managing the workload during a critical project. I want to dedicate Awesome Support Badge to both of them. Thank you for your awesome support.
I would like to take a moment here and I would like to thank my mentor for helping me and making a difference. So this is for you. I would like to dedicate your Truly Appreciated Badge to all the mentors out there who have not only invested their time but knowledge and experience to foster young talents.
