Short advice clip explaining that many creators lose momentum because they fail to remain consistent with posting, causing audience drop-off and repeated restarts. The speaker gives concrete, simple posting-frequency guidance (2–3 feed posts per week, or at minimum once weekly) and recommends specific day groupings (Tue/Thu mornings or Mon/Wed/Fri mornings) to stay top-of-mind.
The other problem that I see a lot of people doing is we'll do the content, we'll get hyped up about it and then people just disappear. That is the problem because you don't stay consistent with it. So then the people kind of fall off and you're just starting over and over. It's like same thing with like diets and gym. You can get progress and then you throw it all away because you quit for two or three months because you got busy with deals. So you just have to find a way to just constantly stay active. Everyone asks like, how often should I post in the feed? It's two times a week, three times a week. One of those two, it's either Tuesday, Thursday morning or Monday, Wednesday, Friday morning. That's it. Super simple. And that works the best. So if we can get. And if you can't do the two or three, even just once a week and the feed would be good because you take about 52 posts a year or 104 posts a year, that puts you. You're all good. Like that will keep you top of mind with so many more people.
