Neel Dhingra breaks down a three-stage YouTube funnel: 30-40 second shorts drive traffic to a single 12-minute video that expands the idea, which includes a text CTA to capture leads. Response rates are low but the people who respond are serious prospects.
Here's the funnel I would recommend if you want to make a YouTube channel. The best thing would be short form, long form, lead form. You just want to focus on making one long form video about the thing you're teaching in short form. So you would teach like 30, 40 second video. That's just one little nugget. But if you want the whole strategy, I actually made a 12 minute video that walks you through the entire thing and you're taking people into the YouTube video. In that video, Greg, you'll make a call to action. You can text me on this number. It's in the description to shoot me a text. What will happen is not that many people reach out, but the people who do are serious.
