How to find a good niche. #smallcreator #smallyoutuber #contentcreator

Pick a broad category like real estate, then narrow it to a specific audience like first-time buyers. Create 10 actionable tips that save or make money, test them in 10 videos, and double down on what works best.
Before you start creating any videos or if you're not getting any views, you need to properly define your niche using the TIM system. This stands for Targeted Impact method, and I'm going to break it down for you now. Overall niche is the category of your content, but you have to be more specific. For example, you might be in real estate, personal finance, mortgage or even fitness. Like who do you want to serve within the real estate niche? Maybe it's first time buyers, maybe it's young people trying to move up. You have to find that targeted group. Most people think you have to put out general content to reach the masses, but by narrowing it down, you actually have a better chance of going viral. Right, write down 10 tips that would get them results faster, make them money or save them money. Now, if these tips include advice that someone would actually pay for, that's when you know it's really valuable. Now, once you've done all this, post the 10 videos, see which ones did better than the others, and then go deeper from there.
