Neel Dhingra explains how to reach more people with videos: pick one person to teach, start with a clear hook about what they'll gain, and be intentional about your audience. He uses an ARIA-luncheon story to show the difference between casual posts and ones designed to help someone specific.
So just imagine that your camera or your phone is one individual that you're educating. It's that one client. I want to teach you the top two things I learned today at the ARIA luncheon versus hey, guys. Today, you know, Happy Wednesday. It's a beautiful day outside. They're gone, right? If I were to post that in the feed, you want to start the video with the value, the hook. I'm going to tell you the top two things I learned at today's luncheon that are going to change your business. You might watch that video because it's making you curious. What is Neil going to say next? Every time you make a post in the feed, be intentional about who you want to reach and what you want them to gain from the video. And it's okay. If the intention was just to make somebody feel good, like I post a picture of my family, that's great. But when you're teaching something, what would they actually learn? What did you do to keep them watching that video? And if you think about that, you'll reach way more people.
