Short YouTube monologue by Neel Dhingra reflecting on how increased earnings often don't change daily life; emphasizes that what would 'change the game' is peace of mind, achieved via sufficient passive income so one could be financially fine even without active work.
Maybe this changes if you get to, like, huge wealth, but, like, if you made an extra couple hundred grand this year, or you made an extra million dollars this year, you still wake up kind of the same, you know? I mean, like, you don't feel like you're going to go blow all the money. Yeah. You're not, like, jumping on a jet and going to the fucking whatever. Yeah. Really, nothing changes. You have the same problems. You still have to take care of your family, your kids still got to, like, deal with all the pressure of work and life. So really, what would change the game is peace of mind. A goal for me would be to have enough passive income coming in where if I didn't make any money from work, I would still be cool. That would be free.
