Bro, that's like the easiest $20 grand you ever made. You just showed up, spoke, and then left after an hour. And I'm like, yo, you weren't there when I used to do this for free. Or worse, you weren't there when I spent $8,000 to rent a booth just so I could get 7 or 8 minutes on stage to promote myself and get the footage. So this just taught me that the things that have the greatest upside in business, the activities that would pay you the most in the long run, don't pay you shit in the beginning. Or worse, they're actually going to be costing you money in the beginning. But that's why they pay off so much if you stick with them. And so the thing that you're doing right now for free, zero comp, if you stick with it and get good at it, not only will you be paid for it, you'll be heavily paid for it in the long run, but you gotta stick with it.
