I'm telling you guys right now, nothing sells like results. If you have a client that closed, it is your obligation to post that on social media. On Friday. Less than a week ago, one of the girls in our office bought her first home. She didn't think she would qualify. We helped her out. She closed on the house on Friday. Super excited. Made a quick story post about that. Could even turn it into a reel. Generated two referrals this week from that success story. The reason why is because people say to themselves, if she did it, I can do it. If he did it, I can do it. That's the whole purpose of me talking today, guys, to say, hey, if I did it, you can do it.
