So I know a ton of people who are waiting to buy a home until mortgage rates come down and I also know many homeowners who are waiting to pull cash out of their house to pay for a large expense or consolidate debt. So right now I'm going to break this down for you so you can plan ahead. The latest data shows that mortgage rates peaked earlier this year. Since then the rates have pulled back a bit and they're going to continue to drift lower through the end of the year. Now this doesn't mean that rates are going to go back to the record lows. Those rates are likely gone forever. There's going to be some bumps along the way, but we're most likely going to see rates somewhere in the fives by the end of the year, maybe early next year. And that's actually not that bad for the market. And I'll be bringing you updates as more data comes out, so be sure to follow for more.
