My journey began in the late 1990s creating one of the first paperless office environments for Halifax Bank, and since then I've been technical lead at Shell Oil, delivered high-security data center solutions for major banks, managed call center technology solutions for Direct Light Group, automated the management of over 50,000 devices concurrently worldwide using MAC address technology for an international, international food manufacturer. For the last 15 years, I've also run my own business, giving me firsthand experience in business growth strategies and the ability to quickly identify challenges and create clear actionable plans.
