In this monologue, the speaker outlines how the advent of large‑scale agriculture around 10,000 years ago coincided with notable changes in human skeletal anatomy—smaller jaws, reduced palate size, shorter stature, and overall weaker bones—as reported by archaeologists worldwide. He argues that the modern food system, which has diverged dramatically from those early agricultural crops, is responsible for a surge in chronic conditions that were rare a century ago, including obesity, metabolic disorders, mental health issues, endocrine dysfunction, liver disease, heart disease, and ADHD. The speaker concludes by positioning his health‑coaching program (bestbodyhealthcoach.com) as a solution, promising weight loss, education on proper eating, and a return to a healthier, “superhuman” state.

So what happened 10,000 years ago when archaeologists realized that human skeletons that they were finding in these archaeological sites somehow started to change in bone structure? Their jaws were getting smaller, their dental palate was dropping, their skulls were getting smaller, and there was a good 6 inches shorter in the actual height of the human being. So what happened around 10,000 years ago? It was the advent of agriculture, like large-scale agriculture. So what they found was it didn't matter where they went in the world with this, when or what kind of crop they were growing, It was very interesting that people started to get smaller. Their teeth wouldn't fit in their mouth like it used to, and the skeleton started to become weaker and smaller. And it was just like, what is this atrophy all about? And it was time coincidence with the start of agriculture, where people started to grow crops for communities. So that's something to have a look at. So what do you think is happening today? You've got all of these crops that are not even really food anymore. Hey, they're not even like the agriculture 10,000 years ago. No wonder your kids are sick, you're sick. There's all sorts of mental disorders and body disorders and endocrine dysfunction and liver problems and heart disease and ADHD and all of these things. What do you think that is? What do you think it's about? You think we were designed to be like that? I don't think so. We were designed. to be almost superhuman. But our food has been messing us up.
