Franks Sign

A diagonal crease on your earlobe, called Frank's sign, might signal coronary artery disease. The speaker recommends a ketogenic diet with grass-fed meat, omega-3s, vitamin E, and vitamin D3 with K2 to support heart health, but stresses you need a doctor to confirm any actual problem.

Coronary heart disease. How can you tell if you have it without going for expensive tests? Well, there's a very quick way that you can check it out and something that you can at least look into if you have this. So what a person tends to get is this little crease that runs down their ear here, down their earlobe, from the hole down at a 45-degree angle on the ear. If you have that, it's an indicator that there could be something going on with your circulation. So you may have blockages in the arteries. And the problem with that is, is that your body starts to produce what you call collateral circulation, which is it starts to build new arteries around your body and then everything starts to decrease. The blood flow is just like pushed out in too many areas and it gets less and less and less and less and less. So if you have this little thing on your earlobe, so go to the mirror now and have a look to see if you have this little thing in your, your earlobes. You've got a little crease and it's a little bit folded like that. That could be an indicator that there's something going on with the heart. So you should go and see a doctor if that's the case and get sorted out. So here are some other things that you can do if you have that. Get on a very clean keto plan, a very clean ketogenic plan. We can help you with that on this channel. Get your grass-fed meat. Don't buy the junk that's out there that's not grass-fed and it's all fed with grain and all that, because those are sick animals. Eat your vegetables and your healthy fats, not your seed oils. That's probably one of the causes of this little crease on your ear. Okay, then get yourself on a regular Exercise routine. You really need to do some exercise to get that blood flowing through the body. If you don't do exercise, that blood's not going to flow through the body right. Then vitamin E, but you've got to get the tocotrienols. Don't get the tocopherols. The tocopherol is very weak. Tocotrienols is like 30 times stronger and it drives oxygen to the heart and it saves the heart muscles. Okay, and then get omega-3s. The best one to get is cod liver oil. It's very, very, very good for the heart. And the problem in the Western diet is people have too high omega-6 and omega-9, which comes in seed oils, which is in all of the food that you see in the shops and the restaurants, unless you go to a very expensive restaurant and you specifically ask for pure cold-pressed olive oil or something like that. Otherwise, they're going to give you an olive oil blend. All right. And then the last thing you need to do is get yourself some vitamin D3 in high doses. Don't look at what these guys are telling you you need to take because this is the most important thing for anything to do with body health is vitamin D3. Vitamin D3 drives calcium into the areas that need calcium, but it can get a bit random. So your arteries could start filling up with calcium, and that's why you'll see supplements always have vitamin K2 with it, because vitamin K2 takes that calcium out of wherever it's not supposed to be and it drives it into the bone where it's supposed to be. So if you have like a calcification of the arteries, vitamin K2 will strip that calcium out of the arteries. But before you do all of this, go see your doctor. That's the best way to handle this. Okay, I hope you have learned something here, and if you see someone with a little crease on their ear, it's probably worth your while to mention it to them so that you can help them go and get it checked out.
