In this monologue, a 57‑year‑old presenter argues that aging symptoms can be mitigated and even reversed through specific lifestyle changes. He emphasizes avoiding ultra‑processed foods, sugar, and heavy carbohydrates because older bodies process them poorly, leading to accelerated decline. He explains that human growth hormone (HGH), the so‑called "youth hormone," drops dramatically after the third decade of life, but can be stimulated by high‑intensity exercise and supplementation with amino acids such as L‑arginine, glutamine, and essential amino acids. He recommends exercising three to four times per week, though he personally works out two hours daily, and follows a low‑sugar, low‑carb diet. An anecdotal case of a 65‑year‑old woman completing a sub‑40‑minute 10‑km run is presented as evidence of the approach’s effectiveness. The speaker invites viewers to follow his guidance for a younger‑feeling body.

Getting older is inevitable, but you don't have to get older than you really are. In fact, it's very possible to get younger than you really are. There are certain tricks that you can do as you get older to keep yourself young and to keep your body in shape and healthy so that you don't feel old with your aches and pains and your creaks and cracks when you get out of bed in the morning. You don't have to go to bed feeling fine and then waking up with an injury. You don't have to have that in your life. You can actually reverse things if you do the correct diet and you take the correct supplements and you add in just a little bit of exercise. It's very, very possible to get your body to be younger, even if you're in your 60s or even your 70s. I recently saw a video of a woman who was over 65 years old who ran under 40 minutes for a 10-kilometer race. That is absolutely incredible, and I can tell you right now, it has everything to do with the way she lives her life and the things that she avoids. She avoids ultra-processed food, sugar, heavy carbs, all of these things, because when you get older, your body doesn't process these things like it did when it was younger. When you were younger, you had human growth hormone in abundance, and when you start hitting 30, 40, becomes half, quarter. And the human growth hormone is the youth hormone. So how do you get that human growth hormone back? With high-intensity exercises, L-arginine amino acid, or glutamine amino acid, and your essential amino acids. As you get older, your body finds it harder to process the meat that you're eating, to draw the proteins from it to make the body build itself, the brain, the organs, the skin, everything starts to deteriorate as you get older. Amino acids definitely help with that, but so does exercise, and it doesn't take a lot. You just need to do 3 or 4 times a week. That's pretty easy. So if you want to get younger, follow me. I'm 57 and I exercise 2 hours every single day. I eat food that has no sugar in and very low in carbs. I can show you how. Follow me.
