In this monologue, the speaker argues that early‑morning exposure to natural red light—such as watching the sunrise—boosts melatonin production and has profound effects on metabolic health, sleep quality, cognition, and longevity. He contrasts this with artificial blue light from screens, which he says should be avoided after sunset and before sunrise, recommending blue‑light‑filtering apps or infrared lamps when natural light is unavailable. The speaker stresses that light exposure alone is insufficient; he advocates a "clean Homo sapiens" diet that is very ketogenic, rich in healthy fats, 100 % grass‑fed beef, and thoroughly washed, non‑commercial vegetables. Regular exercise, ideally performed while watching the sunrise, is presented as the third essential pillar. He emphasizes that these three components—red‑light exposure, a ketogenic clean diet, and consistent exercise—are interdependent, and that neglecting any one undermines the others. According to him, adopting all three leads to measurable improvements in blood markers, heart function, cognitive ability, and overall health, eventually turning the new regimen into a habit and making previous unhealthy lifestyles feel obsolete. The speaker concludes with an invitation to join him on this health‑optimizing journey.

Waking up early, watching the sunrise, is not just about a pleasurable moment or some kind of a spiritual experience. It actually has untold health benefits. In fact, red light has been known to increase melatonin production, especially the light at sunrise and the light at sunset. Not only that, it's also been found to have a massive impact on metabolic health. People who wake up early, watching the sunrise, getting that red light, tend to live longer, tend to sleep better, and tend to have overall general health improvements. Blue light, on the other hand, is the light that will keep you awake, especially the artificial blue light from your phone or from your laptop or some other kind of screen. You really don't want to be having that kind of input at any time after sunset or before sunrise. You really need to get your natural blue light and your natural red light. If you don't have access to a sunrise or a sunset, you may live in an area in Europe somewhere that's always cloudy, you can get yourself an infrared lamp or an infrared globe and have that burning throughout the day in your space, especially your screens. This is important. Find yourself some kind of app for your screen that will filter the blue light and only push out red light. Red light is what you want. It is becoming more and more known that red light Has the impact that you need to help you have a healthier life. Now, obviously, light alone is not going to do it. You have to change your diet to a clean Homo sapiens type of diet, very ketogenic, lots of healthy fats, 100% grass-fed beef, vegetables that have been washed thoroughly, and don't come from a commercial farm. You need to be eating healthy, you need to be exercising, and you need to be getting your red light exposure. If you do these 3 things, You will find a marked improvement in your general health. So many blood markers start changing. Your heart starts to operate at a much better level. Your cognitive ability improves like you have never thought was possible. So get up, do your exercise while the sun rises, have that healthy life that you deserve and you know you deserve. And the funny thing is about this, once you start putting these elements into your life, you'll find that they become habit and your old lifestyle starts to look a bit like something from the past that you regret and never want to go back to.
