In this introductory video, Marina from Best Body Health Coaching welcomes new participants to the 2‑month health program and outlines the key components they need to understand. She emphasizes the participant’s commitment to weight and health goals and directs them to read the coach‑provided program thoroughly. The orientation is divided into four main sections: (1) Supplements – South African participants receive organic, pre‑approved supplements directly, while international participants must source equivalents and verify ingredients with their coach; (2) Allowed Foods – a clear list of permissible vegetables, proteins, and fats is provided, and participants are urged to become familiar with what they can and cannot eat; (3) Meal Plan – a sequenced schedule starts with three meals per day (no snacks), later transitioning to two meals while maintaining three daily supplement doses; (4) Policy – a set of dos and don’ts that must be read to maximize success. Marina stresses daily communication with the assigned coach, reporting meals, feelings, and questions to ensure optimal guidance and program outcomes.

Hi, this is Marina from Best Body Health Coaching, and I'd like to welcome you to our 2-month health program. Well done for making the decision to take charge of your weight and your health. We are excited to work with you, and we are confident that you are going to do very well on our program. By now, your coach may have already sent you your program, so if you could please read through it carefully and make sure that you understand exactly what's needed and wanted from you. If you have any questions, you're welcome to ask your coach. The 5th section will have all the information on what supplements you need. If you're based in South Africa, you can get them from us directly, and you'll be sure that they are organic supplements, that they are in the right amounts, and that there are no other weird ingredients in them. If you are based anywhere else in the world, you can ask your coach to send you links to online places where you can get the right supplements. If you're going to go to your local health shop, you're welcome to send a photograph of the supplement to your coach just to make sure that it is the right one that you are buying. Usually we want to make sure that there aren't any weird ingredients in it. Sometimes they put rice flour or maltodextrin or anything like that. Then the second section will tell you what foods you are allowed to have on the programme. It will cover vegetables, proteins, fats, that type of thing. So make sure that you are familiar with what you can and can't have. The second section of the programme is your meal plan, and it is in a specific sequence. So make sure you get the sequence down and you know when exactly to do what. We will start you off usually with 3 meals per day with no snacks in between. Later on, you may move on to 2 meals per day, and then you just got to make sure that you still take your supplements 3 times per day even though you're only eating twice a day. If you have any questions about that meal plan or the sequence or why, you can ask your coach. Then the last section is the policy section, which gives you just the dos and don'ts of the programme. It's very important, don't skip it. It will give you the guidelines and will help you get the most success out of the programme. So good luck with the programme, do well, and remember to stay in contact with your coach every day. Report what you've eaten, how you're feeling, ask any questions that you have. Because this will also ensure that he or she will coach you at the best possible way and handle anything that comes up, and you will get all the wins that you can get out of our programme. Good luck!
