This is how I drink 3 liters of water every day. We are more water than anything else. Our body is made up 75% of water, right? So it's important that we take a lot of water, and my coach makes sure that I do. But how do I do it? So beside my to-do task, what I do every day is I create 12 lines. Each line represents 1 cup of water, which is 250 ml. So every time I have taken 1 cup of water, I'll strike off 1 line. This brings me back into How much water I have taken during the day. By the end of the day, if I have stricken all the 12, it means I have taken my 3 liter water. If I have not, I will have to sit and drink all my water towards the end of the day. Not that interesting, but yes, it keeps me on track with my 3 liters of water intake every day. Try it and see if it works out for you.
