I heard a really good talk today from Reese, who was a Nuffield scholar who'd been around the world working out the keys to keeping farm staff. And he was a young guy that gave some really good insights into some of the techniques used by American guys and Brazil guys to keep their staff. I found that really interesting. And also, Ashley Herbert was quite good. You often get your numbers from the consultant, but he just showed you how to break them down a bit better. I think it's often thought of by consultants that we understand those numbers completely, but he gave a really good analysis of them and showed us the ones you really need to pay attention to. So I found that deconstructing a farm review pretty interesting, which he did for us.
