I've been to lots of things where we've talked about secession planning, we've talked about personal development and company businesses developing, and I feel like we're on track for that. So that's great. But what I've never really thought about before is an HR plan. Because when you think about it, really employing people is probably one of our biggest challenges on the farm. And so actually having a proper HR plan is something that I'm going to take home and certainly encourage my business to put together and encouraging people to come to our farm as a professional business and to stay with our farm and to grow our business. So that's what I'm taking home with me today.
