Well we started off with Neville today who talked about being healthy and mental health and he was great and the eyebrows up message was fantastic and something we're going to take home and try with our tribe of children and the other one I really enjoyed which was a surprise was Reece who talked about farm employment opportunities and how to find your employees and retain them more importantly so that was fantastic he had done a lot of research on that and I really appreciated it. I came originally today to learn about the strategic planning and more so about how to redo your old strategic plan and I think today helped me a little bit particularly the notes that are in the booklet they're really good to take home and I look forward to using them when I get there. Another thing we enjoyed was doing the percentage of gross potential income comparing the machinery cost on that and that's something else we'll take home and share with the parents when we get there so had a great day thank you.
