This YouTube short features Brianna Peake reflecting on female representation in frontline operations: she notes increasing numbers of women entering frontline roles and emphasizes the challenge now is retaining them and supporting career progression through different stages.

And so now it's about how do we hold them in the business and, you know, get them through and up through the different stages of their career.
