I suppose I've always been one to challenge the status quo. And do I sometimes still get some guilt around time off and time away and the amount of holidays that we wish to take now? Yeah, of course. Still a little bit of a challenge for me, but absolutely. I've got a young family and I'm lucky enough to have a family farm that can operate without me. Obviously I'm still important part here, but I like the idea of being able to set the business up so that I don't have to be here all the time.
