Gerri the NVT Guru explains tyre codes and a critical autosteer setup tip: align the centres of front and rear tyres, not the edges. When tyres differ in size, centre alignment matters because autosteer accuracy is only about 2 cm. VF tyres allow 40% greater load at the same pressure.

Okay, I know this is a header tyre but it relates exactly the same to a sprayer tyre. The tyre Information is a VF620, 70R26. VF stands for very flexiant. So what that means you can carry 40% greater load at the same tire pressure or at an increased tyre pressure you can actually carry more load. The 620 once again is the width of the tread, 70 is the aspect, 70% of 620 is the depth of the tyre, R is radial and 26 obviously is the rim. Just another little tip. It's a good idea these days with our autosteer being 2 centimeter to line up the centre of the tyres, not the outside of the tyres. You might have let's say 800-00 on the front and 620s on the back. In the past we've lined up the outside, that was fine but now with the auto steer as accurate it is, we really need to be lining up the center.
