Fear is the opposite of love, and God gives us power, love, and a sound mind instead. When you let God's love into the places where you're afraid, it casts out that fear completely.
Can I be honest with you? You're not afraid to fail. You're afraid that God will stop loving you if you fail. And I was the same way. I would be afraid to post because what if people misunderstand me? What if people don't like what I'm saying? What if people disagree aggressively? And that fear really showed in my heart that I didn't believe that God can cover me and still love me through persecution and the hate of the world. And that's what fear is, is the opposite of love. And the Bible says that He has not given us the spirit of fear, but of power, of love, and a sound mind. So I used to think I'm so guilty and ashamed of being afraid, but I started to change my understanding of fear as an opportunity to feel more of God's love, because perfect love casts out fear. So if you're afraid of something or someone, It's an opportunity for you to feel the love of God as it removes that fear from your life. So I wanna encourage you, if you're afraid to start, to post, to build, if you're afraid of what people would think, I understand you hate that you feel that fear, but man, once you feel how God's love stripped that fear away from you, you are going to be better off. So I pray that in the name of Jesus that you allow the love of God to enter that situation, that part of your life where you are afraid, and allow the love of God to feel and to push and to cast it out of you in the name of Jesus.
