Just pray. Many times you don't know what to pray for until you start praying. Many times I go in the prayer closet, I don't even know what I'm supposed to be doing here. I just want to pray. And then God would be like, pray for this person. Okay, I know why we are here. God has given me the desires of his heart, and they are becoming the desires of my heart. So the only confirmation that you have that God is hearing your prayers It's the fact that you're praying. That should be good enough for you. The Bible says, call unto him and he will answer you and show you great and mighty things that you don't know. The only requirement of being heard is speaking.
