A speaker urges believers to live in constant spiritual readiness for the rapture, drawing on Jesus' comparison to the days of Noah when people were distracted by daily life as judgment approached unexpectedly. He warns against casual attitudes and speculative theology about the timing.
I don't believe the rapture is happening tomorrow, but I act like it. Remember, Jesus said that the second coming of the Christ is going to be like the days of Noah. People gonna be out partying, getting married, having a good old time. Noah's gonna enter into that ark and the flood will come. We don't know if it's tomorrow, but we don't know that it's not either. So we have to have this heart posture of readiness and preparedness, and let's keep our outlook at this very sacred. It's not something to be laughing and joking about. And yeah, there's a lot of noise and people are pulling theology out of a hat, but us, let's stay focused on our assignment to be ready and to make ready. Peace.
