God rests but doesn't sleep, and the speaker says you shouldn't pray for sleep. Many people sleep eight hours and still wake exhausted because physical sleep isn't the same as spiritual rest for your soul.

Let's see ourselves. You slept and you woke up tired, huh? So that means by itself, sleep is insufficient to satisfy your soul.
