Are you confused about what you're supposed to be doing right now? Are you even supposed to be watching this video? See, I've struggled with this for a very long time. I'm one of those people that have 1,000 tabs open trying to figure out what I should be doing every second of my life. But for the last 10 years, I've worked on a framework that has absolutely changed my life. And I want to share it with you. After years of trying to use every productivity app, every to-do list, every tracker, I've started to come to the conclusion that instead of trying to figure out what I should be doing, I should focus time thinking about what I shouldn't be doing. It's called the anti-list. You see, noise is the absence of signal, and signal is is the absence of noise. In other words, if you can figure out what you shouldn't be doing, it's gonna make it a lot clearer what you actually should be doing.
