In this brief sermon excerpt, the speaker asserts that all of God’s communication to believers is already complete and that the Christian’s task is to uncover and live out what has already been given, rather than seeking new revelations or spiritual gifts. He emphasizes that God chose believers before the foundation of the world, and that the Christian life involves exercising the gifts and word already granted, pulling past divine truth into the present moment for a transformed life.
