If you want to have a successful business, you need to make sure you validate your product first before you sell it. Otherwise, you're going to create something that nobody wants. So the first step of validating your product is to talk to your potential customers. Talk to the people that have the problem that you're trying to solve with your product or service. This is going to give you enough information for you to understand what to build, what to create, and what to offer. And then once you create it and people start using it, talk to them again and find out what They think of your product or service. Figure out how you can improve it. Figure out how you can make it more efficient, faster, more reliable. And then thirdly, when people cancel, when they stop using your product, talk to them again. Find out why did they cancel? Why are they not using it? Is it the price? Is it a feature that's missing? Is it something like in customer service that they're not happy with? Those are really important. Those 3 steps. If you do that consistently with your product and your business, you will win.
