Behind the scenes in the field, we're in our office here in Abilene. That's Caleb, my employee. That's Caleb, my partner. I only really work with people named Caleb, apparently. Over there, there's an inspector working on some projects, giving some sign-offs on some of the renos that we did. Uh, but this is what the workday looks like. This is 5 years into buying a ton of multifamily. This is one of my 3 offices here in Abilene, Texas.
